I love a lot of these movies already mentioned. Like 95% of them, and the others I haven't seen!

I am going to have to agree on Crash, though. It was raved about and when I saw it, I fell asleep both times I tried to watch it.

    The last three Pirate movies.
Four Weddings and a Funeral (cute, but not to hype so much about)
    What Women Want
Warren Beatty: actor, director, writer, producer.

The Exorcist. Boring until the priests showed up to perform the exorcism, but the overall movie didn't live up to the hype. And I saw the version with the new scenes.

Out of Africa: Like watching paint dry.

Titantic: Too damn long for a movie that we already knew the ending to.

For The Exorcist, you have to place yourself in the time it came out.. obviously a number of decades later its shock ability is mostly gone, but back then NOBODY had seen anything like it.

The Omen holds up far better than the Exorcist and they were both released in the 70's. A really good movie stands the test of time.

The English Patient, The Horse Whisperer, The Bridges of Madison County. All an excellent cure for insomnia.

Lost in Translation. I have never been so bored at the cinema. Luckily we were sitting far away from anyone else and could amuse ourselves with conversation while we waited for it to get better. It didn't.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince...... my husband snored through out the entire movie.

AND I hated the last Pirate move and they want to make more? phfft

I hated There Will Be Blood..

I've discovered I don't like Christian Bale but he was good in Apollo 13 only because he didn't have a speaking part.
