A millionaire fashion executive accused of raping 10 women and girls at his Bahamas mansion reportedly hosted Prince Andrew and his family at the property in 2000.
A class action lawsuit lodged in New York City claims that Peter Nygard lured “young, impressionable, and often impoverished children and women” to his Bahamas property with cash payments and promises of modeling opportunities, only to then “assault, rape, and sodomize them”.
Nygard, 78, has hosted celebrities and politicians at the property, near the Bahamian capital of Nassau. Photos credited to Nygard’s website appear to show such visitors included Prince Andrew, accompanied by his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson and their two daughters, 20 years ago.

One photo shows Nygard talking with a shorts-wearing Andrew as the two stroll together. In another picture Nygard is posing with Sarah and her daughters, Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice.
The link is a potential further embarrassment for Prince Andrew, who has stepped back from public duties following an outcry over his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, the financier and sex offender who died in a New York cell last year as he awaited trial on sex trafficking charges.
The prince, who has withdrawn from public life, categorically denies any form of sexual misconduct and has insisted he is “willing to help any appropriate law enforcement agency” investigating matters relating to Epstein.
Prince Andrew is not the subject of any alleged wrongdoing in connection with the proceedings against Nygard.
The Canadian businessman’s eponymous fashion empire has made him a multimillionaire. He has been previously accused of sexual harassment and tax evasion.
In 2018, Bahamian authorities seized his mansion, Nygard Cay, following a legal battle with environmental groups over plans to dredge the sea floor in order to expand the property’s size.
This latest lawsuit, lodged by US law firm DiCello Levitt Gutzler, alleges that Nygard used his powerful position, along with drugs, alcohol and physical force, to lure girls as young as 14-years-old to “pamper parties” and then rape them.

Of the 10 people cited as victims in the lawsuit, eight were teenage girls and two were adult employees on the Nassau estate. At least two of the alleged victims required medical treatment following their ordeals, the lawsuit states.

Nygard’s company is also a target of the lawsuit which accuses it of essentially committing sex trafficking by abetting and covering up the actions of its founder and chairman. Threats and bribery were used to prevent the rapes from being reported, the complaint alleges.
A spokesman for Nygard has denied the claims in the lawsuit, telling the New York Post they are “just the latest in a 10-plus-year string of attempts to try to destroy the reputation of a man through false statements. The allegations are completely false, without foundation, and are vigorously denied.”
The Guardian contacted Nygard’s company for comment and also attempted to put questions to Buckingham Palace.

and, yeah, Nygard was friends with Epstein.

Fashion Mogul And Epstein Friend Peter Nygård Arrested For Sex Trafficking

Posted on 12/17/2020 by EraOfLight Leave a reply
79-year-old fashion mogul Peter Nygård has been arrested and charged with sex trafficking. Nygård was a close friend of Jeffrey Epstein, and has also been accused of victimizing dozens of people independently of his involvement with Epstein. Nygård reportedly had his own private island in the Bahamas where he groomed and abused many of his victims.
According to Manhattan prosecutor Audrey Strauss Nygård has been using his wealth and position in the fashion industry to “recruit and maintain” victims in the US, Canada and the Bahamas. Nygård allegedly had a criminal network similar to Epstein’s in which he exploited both underage girls and young women, then sold them off to his wealthy friends.
In many cases, Nygård and his friends drugged their victims. They also specifically targeted victims from disadvantaged backgrounds who were less difficult to isolate from their families or friends.
According to the indictment Nygård’s company hosted “Pamper Parties” at his properties in Marina del Rey in California and the Bahamas, where many of the victims were forced to engage in sexual activity with his wealthy associates.
He also waged a relentless intimidation campaign against any of the victims who went public with accusations against him, threatening to sue them, destroy their reputations, and even have them arrested.
Earlier this year, 10 women filed a lawsuit against Nygård, accusing him of luring them into his trafficking network by promising them money and modeling opportunities. Some of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit say that they were only 14 or 15 years old when they were drugged and abused by Nygård.

The lawsuit also claims that the victims would have their passports taken once they were flown to the Bahamas, which would allow him to control when they left. He also allegedly expected a sex act from his victims before they were allowed to leave his estate and go anywhere.
Less than two weeks after the lawsuit was filed, Nygård’s offices in New York were raided by police.
Nygård has continued to deny all of the allegations against him even as evidence continues to mount.
A spokesman for Nygård said earlier this year he was stepping down as chairman of Nygård companies and would divest his ownership interest. His current net worth is estimated at $900 million.
Nygård has been accused of sexual assault numerous times throughout his career. His first major accusation came in 1980, when he was accused of raping an 18-year-old girl in Winnipeg. However, those charges were later dropped because the girl refused to testify. It was later claimed in a lawsuit that Nygård used funds from his companies to pay her off.
In 2005, the Finnish newspaper Iltalehti published an article about sex parties at Nygård’s mansion, and featured a short interview with actress Jessica Alba where she said she had to leave a party at the mansion because she was so uncomfortable with what was taking place. She mentioned the presence of young girls at the party as well. Nygård sued the parent company of the paper Alma Media for slander in Los Angeles but lost the case.

Prince Andrew told to abandon secretive trust fund

Company set up with a disgraced former Coutts banker was 'not appropriate' for members of the Royal family, Duke of York was advised

The Duke of York was forced to abandon a secretive company set up with a disgraced former Coutts banker after being advised that such financial structures were “not appropriate” for members of the Royal family, The Telegraph understands.
The company was incorporated last summer to act as a trust fund for Prince Andrew’s two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, sources claimed.
It was structured as an unlimited company, meaning it would not be required to file accounts with Companies House and could avoid disclosing its profits or income.
But the Duke was advised that while such ventures are fairly standard for ultra high net worth individuals, they were not appropriate for a member of the Royal family.
As such, the company was abandoned and has never been used.
Named Lincelles, after the 18th-century battle against the French in which the British were commanded by the Duke of York, it was set up last June by one of the Duke’s financial advisers.
Prince Andrew controlled 75 per cent of the business through his Urramoor Trust. Harry Keogh, another friend and adviser who was the subject of a sexual harassment probe at Coutts, was listed as a fellow controller.
The company was incorporated in the same month that the Duke and Duchess of York put their luxury Swiss ski chalet on the market for £17.3million.
The couple are being sued by previous owner, Isabelle de Rouvre, who alleges that the Yorks owe her £6.7million from when they bought it for around £18million in 2014.
A source close to the Duke insisted that the chalet, which remains on the market, had no connection to Lincelles.
Mr Keogh, a former managing director at Coutts, the Queen's bank, resigned in March 2018 after he was accused of touching a female colleague inappropriately and boasting about his sexual exploits.

CREDIT: PAHis involvement raises further questions over the Duke’s judgment at a time when US prosecutors continue to seek answers about his friendship with the late Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted peadophile.
Around 20 Coutts bankers are said to have raised concerns about Mr Keogh’s conduct during an internal review in 2015, after some women claimed his behaviour was so intolerable they refused to work with him.
Many reported allegations of inappropriate behaviour by Mr Keogh and other bankers, including lewd comments, heavy drinking and unwanted physical contact, according to accounts seen at the time by The Wall Street Journal.
The review was led by the firm's then managing director of future proposition design, Gayle Schumacher, who was said to have been “shocked” by some of the findings.
CEO Michael Morley was said to have recommended that Mr Keogh be sacked. But instead, he had a bonus withheld, received a written warning and was assigned a coach.
He reportedly accepted the disciplinary action in 2015 without admitting to the allegations and eventually resigned in March 2018, when details of the review became public knowledge.
A source close to the Duke noted that the allegations against Mr Keogh had “not been subjected to any investigation by law enforcement nor tested in a court of law".
In October 2018, the banker was a guest at Princess Eugenie’s wedding.
Lincelles's other controller was listed as Charles Douglas, a commercial lawyer specialising in advising offshore funds and high net worth individuals.
Its sole director is Dominic Hampshire, a long time friend of Prince Andrew’s, who is said to have been a former equerry to the Duke of Kent.
In 2001, he set up a luxury travel company, telling US magazine Cigar Aficionado in 2008: “We literally hold the keys to the castle, and our connections allow for visits to otherwise private castles, golf clubs, after-hours private tours of museums with the curators, those kinds of things.”
He told Esquire magazine the previous year that he had provided a tour of Kensington Palace with Princess Diana’s former bodyguard and a pre-opening tour of Windsor Castle.
The Duke set up Urramoor Ltd using the pseudonym Andrew Inverness in February 2013, 18 months after he was stripped of his UK trade envoy role over his association with Epstein. He was given the title Earl of Inverness in 1986.
The move prompted suggestions that by using an assumed name, he was attempting to avoid scrutiny.
A spokesperson for the Duke said: “Lincelles Unlimited has never been operational, has not received any funds or paid any monies out."

Prince Andrew, Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and the London Police

Channel 4 News in the UK yesterday aired a report on Jeffrey Epstein and his accused sex trafficking accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, and the whole point of the piece was to question why investigations in their alleged criminal operation are ongoing in America, Europe, and the Caribbean, but there’s been no similar action taken by the Metropolitan Police Service in England. This is key because several victims, including Virginia Roberts Giuffre, have claimed that many of the crimes took place in London, specifically at Ghislaine Maxwell’s home.

Channel 4 News has gathered evidence from at least half a dozen victims who are calling for British authorities to pull up and during the program, with legal expert insight, the question comes up about what the reason or reasons could be for the London police’s hesitance. One person in particular emerges as a factor: Prince Andrew, of course.

    [at link]

Just in case you forgot, Prince Andrew was friends with both Ghislaine Maxwell and the dead rapist pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and is pictured in a photograph with then 17-year-old Virginia Roberts Giuffre at Maxwell’s London home. As that clip reiterates, Prince Andrew has denied any involvement with Epstein and Maxwell’s sex trafficking f-ckery and promised to cooperate with American investigators but, well, so far that hasn’t materialised. And it doesn’t sound like he’s had to make good on what he said because investigators at home, in England, haven’t put all that much energy, if any at all, into investigating how Epstein and Maxwell were sexually abusing girls.

Interesting then what Solicitor Harriet Wistrich is saying here – that it’s possible that the police aren’t that keen in pursuing the case because it could implicate them? “We also know that Met Police will have been involved in [Prince Andrew’s] personal protection. And so there may be issues of conflict of interest there. If Prince Andrew was being taken to various premises by his Met personal protection officers, they may have had constructive knowledge of what was going on.”

Well, sh-t. IF that’s a legit situation, the implication here is that the British royal family and the police service both stand to benefit from the police not actively pursuing these crimes. Which would be a gross level of “conflict of interest”, to put it diplomatically. That is exactly how law enforcement is NOT supposed to work.

Back in 2019, Scotland Yard defended its decision to drop the investigation because they say that most of the crimes happened outside of the UK. The thing is, at least one victim is on the record saying that she was sex trafficked at Ghislaine Maxwell’s home… in London. Now that Channel 4 News’s report has aired though:

    [at link]

It remains to be seen whether or not their “review” actually makes a difference or if they’ll find another way out of putting heat on this case.

As for Prince Andrew though, it’s been a year and a half since he stepped away from public royal duty and there’s been talk that he’s been waiting for an opportunity to make a comeback. So even if the London police don’t end up opening an investigation, the fact that this is in the news, and that this information is being shared, and that people are still pushing for questions, it doesn’t help his cause. Which should be the least of his problems. The fact is, there are a lot of people who think he has a LOT of information. And because of his privilege, he has not had to answer for it. Now why isn’t there more screaming about this?

Nothing is going to happen to this dude until his mama dies. But it needs to.

Maybe not even then if Charles takes over harboring and protecting this pedo rapist to the level that the Queen has been doing.

lainey is a dumbass for a couple of reasons.
    1. “London” police ie the Met are not the only police force in the UK & it is quite common to have another police force investigate possible wrong doing.
    2. If the RF protection team are “involved” (eg escorting to events etc) they will have a record of that. Maybe despite Randy-Andy looking like a prize arsehole (and let’s face it, he doesn’t just *look* like one) the Met have already had protection detail data?
    3. “Innocent until proven guilty”. I just threw up in my mouth having to say that about this twat.
    4. The Met doesn’t necessarily investigate child sex trafficking rings, it’s a different (Govt) police department. Just saying…..

I actually think that a lot more investigation has gone on quietly into this that anyone is letting on.
just like I bet Harry had a dna/paternity test once the rumours about an affair with Hewitt started flying.
If they find something I wouldn’t be surprised if it came out after QEII dies & Charlie is “king” to spare her dignity despite it being so unfair to the victims.

Now, if it had been a teenaged boy that had come forward instead of a teenaged girl - all bets would be off….
