    Italian shrimp bake. Got the recipe at this site, thank you very much Bitter. I think I've made this dish 1/2 dozen times at this point. We love it and it's so easy to put together.

    gotcha.

    i remember a russian deli where i grew up. the meat counter had regular meats/cheeses but then stuff i don't do, like head cheese and funky bologna type meats.

    i can't stop eating brie cheese with honey and walnuts.
    also, i baked a coconut and dulce de leche tart. the house smells delicious lol

    A perfect chicken salad I made Thursday by slow cooking a whole chicken in butter and olive oil. Then I chopped it up and added boiled eggs, plain Greek yogurt, celery, relish and light mayo with olive oil. It came out much better than I hoped. Normally my chicken salad is bad. I let it cool overnight so the warm meat didn't soak up the mayo and yogurt. Someone told me to always wait until it was cool before adding the ingredients. I cannot believe how tasty it is.
