Katy Rose (born 27 January 1987, real name Kathryn Rosemary Bullard) is an American pop singer. She was born in Redondo Beach, and grew up in Tarzana, California.

Beginning at thirteen, Rose began involving herself in self-destructive activities including sex and drug use, much like that of the main character in the gritty indie film "Thirteen", which included two of her first recordings, "Overdrive" (about a young girl who becomes addicted to methamphetamine in L.A.) and "Lemon", which she wrote after reading an article about the film.

Her debut album, Because I Can, was released in the U.S. on her 17th birthday, 27 January 2004. It includes Lemon and Teachin' Myself to Dream. A third song, Overdrive, was included in the movie Mean Girls (which opened later that year) and was released as a successful single.

Her debut album displays a wide range of different vocal styles including grunge music and lounge music, but with pop hooks.

Katy Rose has written about 50 songs in the past two years. She released her second album Candy Eyed on 4 June 2007. She also stated she would release three exclusive Paypal albums over the next year.
