I agree. I think it's also attention-seeking behavior, so that she gets exactly this kind of speculation; plus, it's attention from the girl she's with.
I think she welcomes any action, frankly. Seems to be another compulsion with her, or at the very least another way to act out.
I wouldn't doubt for a second that she went after some women just for the sake of conquest or manipulation.

My impression is Lindsay has a hard time being alone, but when things go bad with men, she finds "safe" refuge with a woman. I put it in quotes because I know the hysterical laughter that will eminate from most guys. 
The thing I don't get is why she keeps taking up with fugly dykes. I mean, all the lezzies in Hollywood and she goes for Ronson and Semel? Yeesh. Granted, Jessica Biel is out of the question after that GQ party blow up but come on... Kirstana Loken, maybe?

IMO her issues are summed up in the song line from Pearl Jam's Jeremy "Daddy didn't give attention to the fact that Mommy didn't care". I think her problem is she's a sex addict along with other addictions and her sexual preference is the least of them. If she doesn't get it together soon she'll be another ANS with all the crazinesss that went along with that.

I think back to the 20/20 piece on celebrity meltdowns and the woman who said the only time Lindsay ever got unconditional love was from the camera. That's pretty sad.
