I don't think she suddenly got smart and is still partying at the rate that she was before but just hiding it. I think she was going through a rough period of admitting she was in a gay relationship in hollywood and probably under a lot of pressure from her pimps to keep it all quiet.

I think this relationship is real. It may not be completely healthy, but she seems happier and more together than she has in a long time, so good for both of them.

And from one homo to another, I totally get the gay vibe from her; always have, and I think its been her biggest problem until now. I know I certainly did a lot of drugs at her age trying deal with it all.

Just as another aside... I do believe their relationship is real and good on them. Esp. for having the class and dignity to carry on their lives together, unashamedly, but without the whole coming out parade on Oprah.

Oh, there were rumors for a while that the storyline was done specifically about Lilo. Perhaps not SamRo, but Lilo for sure. Ilene Chaiken knows her shit.

Because Celebs do a lot of shit for attention. That dosen't make sense to us. I don't buy she is a lesbian and I can ONLY speak for Why ~I don't~. It seems like a ploy. Gay is the "new straight" and there are actors who will do anything to STAY famous and Lilo is one of them.

She has never flaunted any relationship like she has this one. When she was at the top of her game and a A list star, she was NEVER seen with this broad in a romantic setting or even hugging her. (Now she claims she was with her prior to all this) When she gets "clean" or whatever she comes out of rehab, and nobody cares. She is not that well loved in Hollywood after her shennagins. She dosen't have the paparazzi following her or being mobbed by fans. Basically she can't even get arrested. Then out of nowhere she shows up EVERYWHERE (that has a camera) with Sam, even the bottom feeders TMZ call her a "publicity lesbian" saying that she and Sam will be far apart then when Lilo notices the camera she is all over Samantha.

Stars will start a relationship or HIDE one to protect/increase public image. Its just the way Hollywood is. Its not like Lindsay is the first nor the last. I also think it speaks mounds that people close to her, don't buy it.

She has been quietly associated with Sam for several years, and I heard the lesbian rumors for quite a while now. Its only since after rehab that she has been more open about it, which makes me think she may have received some decent counseling and the strength to be more open about her sexuality. It is not uncommon for addicts to confront their fears of coming out when getting clean. I know several guys who are now openly gay who left their wife and kids when they got clean and honest with themselves. Too bad we live in a society where they felt they had to play the "straight" game in the first place.

I still believe this relationship is real.

I think I'm with you on that crackho. I think she's at least bi but prob more into women and has been battling with her sexuality for years which amongst having shitloads of money, fame, worship, abusive childhood, made her go off the rails. It's bound to happen to most people in their late teens. Many people haven't been able to handle adulation so one who has had the crap upbringing with the two retards for parents and hangers on only too willing to give her a 'pick me up' she was on course for a ruined career.

I think Sam and the whole pimping her out was her way of exposing Lilo because she was concerned she would cause herself serious damage. She seems there for her now, and there doesn't seem to be any real evidence both are clubbing and coking out. Although Lilo does seemed to have got a bit thinner lately, that could be because of all the travelling, upheaval etc.

I think Linds is seriously insecure which you would expect from her upbringing and just really needs someone to give her love that her fuckwit parents have never done. If she's happy, good for her. She was a promising actress and I hope she gets another chance. The only thing I don't like about her is her craving for paps attention. It's a bit sad.
