Lisa and her mother Priscilla were trying to do the same with Michael Jackson. When MJ made it clear that he wont be converting to Scientology on Diane Sawyer, Lisa admitted they divorced sometime shortly thereafter. Having his name for the 'church' would of been a triumph. Scientologists wants to "help" people, and thats what they thought they were doing for Michael at the time (all the media scrutiny in the early 90s were picking up from the late 80s).
Thank God he didn't. That man has enough issues.
