What does gay look like? Some of my hottest female friends will punch a guy out of they are approached. Some prefer jeans and tshirts, and are the most prolific maneaters in history.
I had male friends who women were falling all over and they wanted other guys! You can not just look and tell.

Kelly doesn't really ping for me, but who knows? One of my good college buddies turned out to be gay (lesbian), and she didn't ping for anyone. OTOH, I know at least three men who always pinged for me, same college, also either closeted or still unsure, and they all did later come out.
Sometimes you can tell.

I've always thought she was gay. Her early rip off dvd had one song and film clips of her hanging with her butch friends. Yer right, Kelly's vids are all the same. If she isn't kicking over a mike stand she is grabbing her head and bellowing. It gets old. And she had to cancel her tour because nobody showed up. She looks sexy in her bikini and she is pretty. At her age hormones are raging and she has GOT to be banging someone.

She does look very butch. And with no means to stereotype lesbians, she does seem awfully angry at men all the time. Although really, that just makes her one of those God-awful "fake" lesbians that spit on real lesbian relationships. You know the ones. "Argh my boyfriend dumped me, so I munch pussy now! I'll shave my head! That'll show men!!! Now I shall paint."
No thankyou.
I say it's the nose-ring and that strange bull-dog jaw of hers.

Kelly's been interviewed by several gay magazines. She's been asked and she laughed and answered "I wish I was! That would make my life a lot easier. No, I like boys and I don't understand why they do the things they do so I'm destined to a life of misery."
Kelly's never been caught in a lie and from all reports her character and integrity are world class. I have a hard time respecting celebrities. Kelly Clarkson is someone I do respect. She has the genuine talent many celebs wish they had but she's also a high-quality person.

This is a very recent article that delves deeply into Clarkson's love life: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/584269/exidol_katharine_mcphee_ties_the_knot.html
Quote:
Katharine McPhee found the man she's been waiting for and married him this past weekend. McPhee and Nick Cokas tied the knot. The two have been dating since they met over a year ago on the set of a theater production. Nick was also the one of the few who encouraged her to audition for the hit TV reality show American Idol, where she finished as the runner-up in 2006.
McPhee's album failed to sell as well as hoped, and her single "Over It" took radio by storm but failed to enter the Billboard's Top 20 in any chart. Just recently, RCA had decided to drop the ex-Idol from the label as she didn't sell well as planned. Her second single was never promoted properly and wasn't pushed to radio, causing it to not chart anywhere on Billboard but the Hot Digital Songs. It only peaked at No. 126, however.
As she's found love, other Idols haven't had such success. Grammy winner, and first winner of the TV show, Kelly Clarkson, fell for ex-Evanescence guitarist David Hodges. He helped produce her smash hit "Because of You" and also has credit for her fan favorite "Addicted." Clarkson however found out Hodges was going behind her back with his ex before marrying her a few months later. Found on her latest record My December, the Top Ten hit "Never Again" describes their relationship that had fallen apart. Hodges had been quoted on his newly formed band Trading Yesterday's fan forum to have said "it sucks when your ex is on every radio channel and on every TV station." Thus where Clarkson came up with the lyrics "Does it hurt to know I'll never be there, bet it sucks to see my face everywhere."
During her Breakaway Tour in 2005, she fell for opening act Graham Colton. The two hit it off well as he remained her opening act for her second tour of the year, the Hazel Eyes Tour. However, after grueling work schedules, the pair split due to never having time for each other. Much of Graham's latest record, Here Right Now, was written about Kelly and their relationship minus a few songs.
