Gale Harold gay?

I've been watching the reruns of QAF on Logo a good bit lately-- actually I'm hooked! I need to rent the un-cut versions.

I feel kinda bad, I know Gale is a private person so I feel funny talking about him, yet there is nothing bad to say at least. His first real girlfriend was my friend's older sister. She was 16 and he was 14, they dated for about 4 years, and he was definitely very into her.

Watching him on QAF, he seems very much the same as far as his expressions and mannerisms go. His sense of sarcasm is very much like his character's. Actually, he hasn't seemed to age much at all either. He looks pretty much the same, but he wasn't quite as muscular when he was younger, and of course his hair's darker now. He's always had that intense look though.

I always enjoyed hanging around Gale, he was a lot of fun and very charismatic. In our circle of friends he was already kind of a "star". He would always crack me up with his fake British accent and quotes from The Holy Grail. We used to hang out at the mall and he was always doing crazy stuff for attention, not a shy bone in his body.

It's wonderful to see him doing so well for himself! This Georgia boy has done us proud.

Without invading anyone's privacy, could you tell us what his first girlfriend looked like? Did Gale have a preference for a certain look?

Gay or straight, he's a handsome and very talented actor - he's been in quite a few guest-starring and "character" (often the bad guy) roles - sometimes unrecognizable.
