SCISSOR SISTERS singer ANA MATRONIC is convinced she's a gay man hidden in a woman's body - thanks to being brought up by a homosexual father.
As one fifth of the camp New York group, Matronic is happy to be constantly immersed in the city's thriving gay community, and she believes this is because of her alternative early years.

The COMFORTABLY NUMB hitmaker tells Attitude magazine, "I do have the chromosomes of a gay man. It's intrinsic.
"Having my father in my life I was exposed to a gay sensibility at a very early age. It's something I've always been around. And I think in many ways I don't fit into the traditional ideal of femininity."
