I don't think he's gay, I think he loves dancing because it's a great way for a smallish not so great looking guy to meet girls.

He's been linked to Cheryl Cole, whose soon to be ex-husband was also rumoured to be gay/bi (I'm leaning towards the latter). They've claimed to be just friends though.

I watch the show pretty often and I'm not picking up any pings with him. I think he's just a small guy who with his profession, gets labeled gay. I don't believe it, though. But he does come across as a major PITA.
