    I would check out her DVD, not sure I'd buy it. But would like to see some clips of it perhaps.

    ^^There's some free stuff on the net if you look around. A boot camp video, something by Reebok, a couple of clips on Gwyneth's GOOP website. Youtube Tracy Anderson and you should find some things. I'd post links but I'm travelling and on my mini-laptop.

    I have her Mat DVD and I've been doing parts of it since January. There are parts I like and parts I don't so I just combine sections of it with sections from other DVD's. I wish I could do her dance cardio DVD, it sounds like hella fun. I'm just terrible at take it from the top choreography, and turns get me all confused. I'm on the lookout for a dance cardio workout that I can do with my two left feet. I tried her one combo on the GOOP website and I couldn't get it.

    So which is it then? You can eat anything you want as long as you exercise 6 hours a week, or you have restrict two meals if you want to indulge with a 3rd?

    This woman is a fraud - she's still got an eating disorder and is exercising while restricting her calories.
    She has no health/food/exercise training at all! All this guff about her eating McDonalds... one bite & bin it maybe... or eat it then barf it up later... if you look at her diet you'll see - 600 calories/day!

    Not the only one! I LOVE her body in the first pic. Everything is enhanced in that pic - with spray tan, oil, lighting and photoshop - it's probably a bit less extreme in real life, and I would totally want a body like that.
