As long as we don't have to look at his 'bikini body', I'm happy.

I think that would be my biggest hurdle with this program. I'd be scared my arteries were clogging, even if the pounds came off. I know it works for weight loss, because I work peripherally with a woman that lost probably close to 100 pounds on Atkins. She ate McDonald's chicken McNuggets like they were going out of style - not sure how the breading isn't a carb, though.

^^^ Well you can try to avoid too much fatty food too although most "Low Fat" stuff is super-high in sugar so beware and read the labels carefully. They call sugar "Energy" these days to trick us!

Your body does need some carbs - I know mine does! I try to eat a small amount "good" carbs, ie low GI before midday.

It sounds like I'm obsessive about it but truly once it becomes a lifestyle choice rather than a burden you don't even think about it. Sure, I fall off the wagon sometimes and it's GREAT! Damn you freshly baked bread!!!! So long as I climb back on again the next day there's no harm done.

I love him in any weight and I adore his face as it is!

I didn't know he was on Bones! Perhaps I'll have to ignore the BOREanaz and start watching it!

Don't. It's really, REALLY bad. Yet oddly addictive...

i caught "Freedom" while waiting for something else & its addictive!

However, with his comments on the excentrics from when he growed up I have to say that he's proving the truth in the phrase "Normal for Norfolk"!!!!

Also a bit of Fry and Laurie.

But he needs to be on House!

For more than just one episode, he needs to be a continuing character like Vogler in Season 1 and Tritter in season 3!

One of my favourites I loved A Little Bit of Fry and Laurie too. And Blackadder, of course. Bit of a fangirl hehe.

Damn I want to f*** that goofy face right off of Hugh Laurie . I assume this is Stephen Fry in the photo? If so, he was kinda good looking himself.

Yeah, that's him. The show was on in the late 80s I think.
