    I am allergic to soy and didn't know for many years because I consume in such small doses. I get really bad gas, bloated and feel crummy. Maybe you have some kind of food allergy or too much processed food can do your guts in!

    I also thought things like vinegar are bad because they ferment the body and anything in its way, causing toxicity!?

    I started this on Friday and boy it is quite awful to drink. I have only been doing 2 teaspoons once a day so far. I guess tomorrow I will start doing it twice a day. I just have like maybe 7 pounds I would like to lose. We'll see.

    My update. Been doing this faithfully for 1 week and have dropped 3.5 lbs.

    I did do it 2xs 1 day but really once a day is all I can stomach.

    I will continue and post progress if any.

    Get organic, this is what I bought. Supposed to be the best.

    Honestly there was a number on my scale I haven't seen in years.

    My stupid ass but the regular kind, not the organic, so I haven't lost a pound. I suffered for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Its the unpasturised unfiltered bit that makes the difference Sparkly. Organic is just the method of production.

    TBH, I'm trying this, but shit it tastes bad and I keep forgetting to do it. I have it in a shot glass and that seems the easiest way for me. (not weight loss for me either, but by heck it wakes up you at 5 am!)

    What else are you doing KD?

    I drink the two tablespoons in a glass of 8 OZ of water. Say around noonish. I also use a straw and drink it quickly. I don't hate it but it is kind of nasty.

    I get the organic unpasturized version that is sort of cloudy looking. I also keep the vinegar in the fridge, thinking that maybe it won't be quite so bad if cold.

    I am not overweight, but I would like to be closer to my "fighting weight" so to speak. I find this really diminishes my appetite.

    4 pounds to go!!

    so yea i read this and went and had some "Regular vinegar with a table spoon of water with it and it is still very nasty taste ew and gave me heartburn, i want it for my stomach to digest better a yr and half ago went to doctor because i wasn't digesting food properly and i do not eat meat or any high fat foods ever.so i tried this and maybe the appe vinegar i better because the reg sucks badly and i couldnt even get a whole tablespoon down =(

    You definitely want the apple cider vinegar
    not white vinegar. As bad as the apple
    tastes, I can't imagine downing the white. Yikes.
