I'm glad I found this thread. I'm going to go out and get some ACV. You never know, it could help.
Let's keep up to date on it, and see if it works for anyone. Good luck!

I'd assume after a large meal, otherwise the acid in vinegar would give you heartburn...like drinking a pint of unsweetened grapefruitjuice first thing in the morning, blarg!

^^OK. Good point, thx.
Just had some with a teeny bit of warm water, and a drop of honey, went down a little easier, but it's still awful.

Oh my, the lengths women go to in order to 'better' themselves. Please realise stunning women come in all shapes and sizes.I can't imagine vinegar to be that palatable and also what must ones breath smell like?No no no, I do not agree with this. Leave the vinegar on the chips please.

I love apple cider vinegar water, but I usually add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to mine.

^^My understanding is that best results are derived from organic, unfiltered and unpasteurized ACV. It's got the "mother" in it. Heinz is not unfiltered. Go to Whole Foods or a health food store to get the real stuff. It's not very expensive. Bragg's is good.

Well are your bowel movements normal? I know some people who have IBS and when they don't have complete bowel movements (like the hard to pass kind) they get extra gassy and have a bloated "pouch" in the stomach. You should drink some more water if that's the case but if not, then drink water like you normally would (you don't want water bloat either).
Anyway I've heard of this vinegar crap. And it's safer to eat it in salads and the like. Drinking it straight up will fuck your stomach lining in the long run.

Apple cider vinegar is great against UTI, that I do know.
I'm skeptical of the weight loss bit, but I've heard that it works by contracting the tummy if taken before a meal, so you'll feel full faster and eat less. Sounds plausible, but not very healthy to me...
