Aloe juice is what my sister swears by. I tasted some-I SWEAR it is like drinking air! No taste-nothing! Beats the heck out of vinegar!!

Exactly! No taste at all! So you can slip it your kids too and they have no clue! Not sure it's good for losing weight, but any stomach/tummy/colon issues, its awesome. I have a huge jug on hand at all times. GOOD STUFF!

I could do this pretty easily, I love the taste of vinegar; it reminds me of oysters.

^ I don't think it has to be organic. My friend did this long before the organic trend came out.

I actually bought some more today--and have been sipping it w/water today. Nothing crazy, just a little.
Though someone told me that sometimes really acidic foods/drink can actually be BAD for some metabolizms--can have the opposite affect. Just wanted to throw that out there.

I love drinking vinegar, whether or not it makes me 'thinner'. I love the taste.

I bought some today! Yuk! Just did a "shot", and it's nasty as hell. I'm not a fan of apple -or- cider anything. I'll eat Granny Smith apples, that's it, so this is a struggle.
I also bought a book that was in the aisle with the ACV, that lists all of it's benefits, and calls it "Nature's Healing Miracle". I haven't read it yet, but did see that there are different ways to drink the ACV, and it also promotes a "fast" of some sort.
I think next time I'll mix it with water.
