I found this photo taken when Kim was in high school. Unfortunately, you can't see her ass, but it doesn't look nearly as big as it does now. Maybe she just filled out later in life.
BTW, I had no idea that she was married for 4 years.

I saw pictures of her when she was younger (can't remember where) and her

Neither picture is that old...She's wearing an Ed Hardy hat and Those hats weren't popular when she was younger...only in the past 5 years or so did they blow up. So I dont buy that there was any surgery done.

Fake. I don't see how anyone could believe it's real after seeing the above comparison. I'm not aware of any jeans that can make your ass completely change shape and location as well as reduce it to 1/4 of its previous size.
I also think she pads it sometimes in addition to the implants. In this pic, it looks like she's wearing a diaper.
