I'm 5'7", weigh 150 and wear size 8 so she would definitely be smaller than a size 8 at 25 lbs. less than me. Not sure I'd be down to a size 2 at that weight though. I'm guessing I wouldn't go any smaller than a size 6, 4 at the most.
