No, i mean weird that it happened as we were discussing the merits of ACV on the board at the same time. It was delicious on the salad.

Tried the apple cider. It cleanses through the pores and curbs the appetite. Expect zits.

so i've jumped on the acv bandwagon. just started yesterday morning. i lugged a giant bottle of bragg's back with me from canada, in my luggage (praying the thing wouldn't break in there and ruin all my stuff). i have it twice a day, morning and night. and i've found the tastiest way to prepare it. in a small glass, pour a bit of sparkling mineral water, 2tsp acv, a bit less than 1tsp maple syrup. tastes like a tart, tasty apple cider. yesterday morning i tried with just water and honestly, it wasn't very good, and i like sour stuff. but the bubbles in the water combined with the maple syrup make a huge difference.
