Yes, first thing in the morning and before I go to bed at least. If I've overeaten (like repeatedly during Thanksgiving and on leftovers in subsequent days), I'll do it then too. No more big a deal that someone else having to take prescription drugs a couple times per day. I travel with ACV too. As I mentioned, it's helped with blood sugar control and by extension junk food cravings. It's good stuff.

Get the raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized stuff like Bragg's.

I remember that Fergie/AC vinegar thread. Some posters had quite a bit of success with it, if I do recall correctly. I tried it but it made me upset to my stomach.

This is making me want to try it again, but like Cherry said I also came over with a feeling of nausea. It's strong stuff.

^^Some people take ACV for heartburn relief. I don't seem to make enough stomach acid on my own - the ACV seems to have remedied the situation a bit.

I tried it this morning and had heartburn all day. I'm going to try to dilute it more. Maybe that will help.

It wasn't that bad tasting. I didn't vomit or anything.

I do this, but with honey added to it. It's supposed to help with electrolytes and PH by having the apple cider vinegar and honey together. I've had success losing weight, to me it's an appetite suppressor.

It's also an old wives tale for migraines and headaches, and I've found it helps with that, too.

There's a giant thread about this somewhere on here. I did it for awhile. You have to use the Bragg's or any other raw, unfiltered kind. Don't just use regular ACV.

Do not drink by itself. Mix 2 tablespoons with 8 oz water. It was gross at first, but after a few times, I kind of liked it in a weird way. It helps curb the appetite.
