Wow. She was skinny there! Weird seeing her like that. And agree with whoever said that it's the normal size for today's Hollywood.

I remember hearing that for her final film, she wanted to lose weight because of a 'pool scene' in which she was nude. Forget the name of the movie. But I agree she looks stoned in the photos. She looked best in candid images, when she's not posing or putting on an act.

Bert Sterns' final pics of Marilyn were for Vogue and taken 6 weeks before her death. The scarf pics are some of the more famous ones but he took over 2000 images, Marilyn in a black dress, in a black hat, in bed with white sheets, drinking champagne, playing with necklaces. I have the book. Before Lindsay I did my own tribute pics and they are here on the board somewhere-I posted them in January. At her autopsy she weighed 117 pounds.

I noticed in another thread about Marilyn that it looked like
towards the end, her eyes became more wall-eyed. Can drugs
do that, too?

yeah i have this book, its pretty damn good actually, it has a nice narrative and beautiful pics but yes she was quite small, i think she finally gave in to the new fashion and figure of the 60s by this time. she too, evolved with the times you know!
