Okay... measuring tape had no mercy, I am at 20% and "need" to lose 3 pounds (of bloody thigh fat ). Too bad that ice cream was so yummy and I just finished it
    Nope.

No offence, but that one's a bit rubbish! It told me ideal weight was 138 pounds, which, at 5 foot 11 is not attractive! I got down to that weight once and all my friends and family thought I was anorexic. Never got quite as grim as Madge in those piccies though

When I was losing my weight I used this BMI calculator for my reference, It isn't quite as harsh as yours!

There is an 'ideal weight' calculator on this one too. It makes me a few pounds over people's 'ideal' for my height, which I can live with.

It looks like someone picked up a exercise addiction.
I'm tired of all this nonsense about beauty being only skin-deep.

Here's a little something I whipped up inspired by that pic. My first photoshop in ages, as you can probably tell. Nice bit o' lens flare action. I'm thinking of the cover for her next album, it has as much basis in reality as her last one did.

I read somewhere that if Madonna is having a 'bad day' or is under pressure/stress she hits the gym and exercises like an obsessed maniac for hours on end. I suspect she uses roids too for muscle tone.

Isn't it also because of that human growth hormone thing that was/is rumoured to keep one looking youthful?
HGH gives you the hard look doesn't it?
I think Brook Sheilds has also used HGH and looks very toned in a very masculine way.

    Don't mess with hormones peeps!

She must be surrounded by a bunch of yes people who always tell her she looks great no matter what. She needs someone to frankly inform her that the manic exercise, HGH, and whatever the hell else she's doing is not helping her at all.

Isn't the hormone abuse and zero body fat bad for the heart?

I lift weights and my arms look nothing like that. Mind you I have only just started! But umm back to Mads, I don't like her arms.

The woman's also 50 too, you start losing some fat just from aging and wasting...she really needs to gain 10 pounds to smooth herself out. I mean I'm all for excercising and having muscle, but cover it up a bit (with fat )
