That picture is now my second favorite only to the pregnant with the basketball under the satin shirt. Tom's hand! They are both right out of Sprockets.
I cannot see her and Tommy lasting much longer. I think she has just picked a crap outfit, she only looks big because she is near her midget husband. Next to the other ladies she looks fine (except for the smirk).

Maybe Tommy snuck the turkey baster into Katie's room one night?
She doesn't look fat but she does look thicker. I think the weight, be it muscle or extra sammies, looks nice.
The outfit, however, is TERRIBLE and the shoes are just awful. (Even *I* can tell and I am notoriously bad at choosing high quality shoes)
