    I think it refers to eating natural, healthy foods and avoiding sugars or simple carbs and overall junk food.

    My stomach reacts very badly to the following foods: Sugar, yeast, artificial sweetners, dairy, gluten of any kind, eggs, nuts, beans and more than very small amounts of fruit.

    from my experience the people who do and can eat in moderation are generally a healthier weight than people who have a more extreme- 'all or nothing'- approach to food.     I said lots of people who SAY everyhing in moderation. Lots of people say that's the best way to eat, but don't eat that way themselves because it's easier said than done. My mom's friend only ever loses weight when she's on a structured diet. Otherwise she'll eat whatever and not work out.

    I know someone who followed almost that exact plan-except she wasn't so athletic so she worked out about 4-5 days a week. But she lost a lot of weight! i feel like everyone is so different. one person can make small changes and lose weight and others have to be so freakin strict. but your former plan worked for her-did you go insane on this plan? did it work?

    My husband (then boyfriend) went insane. He had to hear about my food intake all the time. It was crazy and stupid. I want that time back.
