Most people wouldn't call naturally thin people "anorexic," which is an illness, but people often make a generalized comment that someone is "anorexic" when she/he has lost a large amount of weight in a short period of time based on an assumption that the weight was forcibly lost un-naturally.

I know what you mean and I completely agree, I was just trying to say that some people are never happy- if a celebrity is a normal weight they're called fat, but then if they lose weight they're hounded for having an eating disorder.
