Are the sizes in Hollywood off? She is not a size 6. If that's the case why can't i fit into a size 4????

I wish that these people would realize that well over 90% of all people who lose significant amounts of weight gain it all back(or more) in two years or less.

I really hate it when they say stuff like "I was so fat and disgusting and looked horrible" ..and then a year later they are right back at that weight...so I guess they are "fat, disgusting and horrible looking" again?

The more they publicize the weight loss, the more apparent it will be when they (probably) gain the weight back.

“I can follow the plan no matter where I am, still enjoy my favorite foods and even use the iPhone app to track my points.”
..but the point is, can you still do this, and exercise regularly and all, for the rest of your life to keep the weight off now that you have lost it?

Seriously, major weight loss is like dealing with a drug addiction-it is a lifelong process that has to be done on a daily basis with diligence and resolve to be effective.

I agrees, she is not a size 6. I'm a size 8. She looks more like 10-12. Just my opinion. She does look good though. I hope she can keep it up.

I disagree. Lots of people can maintain weightloss. Its much harder to lose than maintain.

I think some people put weight on quicker than others do but I cringe when I see people who claim "I'm fat because of my genes".
Total bollox. Genes don't make people 8 stone overweight , wrong food choices/amounts and lack of exercise do.

She looks like a UK size 12 to me but big boobs can make a person look bigger than they are. The legs don't lie though

Lap Band or gastric-by pass or whatever, I think she looks fabulous. She looks like a size 8 to me though.

How short is she? Depending on her height, she could be a size 6. Her frame looks pretty compact and deceptively small to me. That is, she's probably smaller in real life than how she looks in pictures, like most celebs.

I disagree -- weightloss is the easy part. Keeping it off is the hard part. If it were easy to keep it off there wouldn't be yo-yo dieting. Of all the people I know who have dieted, only very few have successfully kept it off. I sure haven't. I can lose weight when I want to without any issues, but keeping it off -- that is a whole different thing.

I'll just have to agree to disagree on this one. I've found it a lot easier to lose the weight than to maintain it on a long-term basis. I've lost about 85 pounds, and gearing up to lose about 50 more, and during this "break," it's a lot easier to say "fuck it" and go for the bad stuff. However, I look at old pictures of myself and use that as a motivation to not look like that again. I also have an endomorphic body type, so that doesn't help. I know and understand that maintaining my weight loss is something that I'll have to deal with for the rest of my life.

J-Hud looks GREAT though. She's not a size 6 though.

I feel like if you lose a significant amount of weight over a period of time, during that weight loss time, you develop healthy habits and become very used to them. so if you do eat the bad stuff and say fuck it, you just go back to normal the next day or a couple days later because that food doesnt taste the same and maybe even the guilt will bring you back to the healthy food/lifestyle. plus, that day/couple days of splurging can be worked off. oh and congrats on the weightloss hustle4alivin!

I know very few who've lost significant weight and managed to keep it off long term.
