Ya he looks like he is retaining water in the before picture. I have also seen the effects of heart failure.Not pretty.
His wife is gorgeous & I cant believe that they are still together!

I can not believe he's 60 years old. It's David Bowie, he's too cool to get that old.
Anyway, he's not looking too good in either of those pictures. How old is Iman?

I never thought David Bowie was at all attractive physically, even though I love him.
I barely noticed him anyway in those pics because I can't get over how fantastic his wife still looks.

I've never found him attractive either but he actually resembles Jack Wagner a little in the 'fat' photo (if you squint your eyes just so~)

I love David Bowie too, so I hope he stays healthy.
I have a thing for skinny rockstars, I would take them over the muscular guys any day. Most of them are amazingly skinny anway, it just comes with the job, they would almost deserve their own weight thread. . A lot of them bloat up later in life though.

Yes, as a teen I used to listen to Placebo and also to some extent, HIM, I lost interest in both of them, and then I turned on the TV one time, and BOOM, there were Brian Molko, and the lead singer of HIM looking bloated.

I love David. He doesn't look well in these photos, hope he's alright.
Years ago my sister and a friend were downtown when two guys stopped them and one said “Take a good look at this guy, he’s going to be famous one day”. She found out later that the other guy was David Bowie. Sis likes to tell the story how she met David before he became famous.

I love David Bowie! The man needs no facelift, he's awesome! Good not to see him so bloated anymore, he kinda looked like William Shatner in his fat photo.
