Yeah, I'd have to. My waist was 28 inches when I was in 7th grade and VERY slender. I'm pretty slim now with a 29 inch waist ... i would literally have to remove ribs to get to a 24 inch waist.

Not everyone needs ribs removed to have a small waist. I used to have a 23-24 in high school and a 25-26 before kids and I wouldn't even have considered myself skinny, just petite. It's just how some people are built.

It wasn't even as unusual as all that back then. I am short too, so by my mind I should have a waist that small. But I knew girls who were taller and skinnier than me with but with larger waist measurements. I would have loved to have some of that height then.

Raquel Welch was stunning in the 60's ,I know she had some work done over the years but her figure was perfect. Wish mine was! I'm tall and if I gain weight it tends to go straight to my tummy. Beyonce breasts are quite small and her hips are bigger than claimed.

I love the hourglass silhouette but I wouldn't have said that Jessica Biel was shaped like that. I also think kelly Brook is more pear-shaped as she has very narrow shoulders.
