While that does happen to be a particularly unflattering picture.. I think shes really very pretty. It's true that she had quite a bit of baby fat before and now shes toning up (although maybe a bit too much in the shoulder area). I think if her boobs were a bit fuller and her arms weren't a squarish, she'd be really attractive.

I feel really bad for her. There are so many pressures to be thin as a woman especially in Hollywood and sadly she has fallen victim.

I think she had a bit of an unfortunate body shape - kind of square. And in a vain attempt to gain a waist she shed loads of weight and ended up just rectangular. I suppose you either try to gain (implants) for curves or lose what you perceive as excess weight around the middle but you lose it from everywhere. 
Shame cos the girl was really pretty. She still is to an extent but the teeth aren't helping. - literally.
