Money always (or usually) helps offset everything that makes it difficult. It would for me, anyway.

I agree with you MrsDark...i am single, with a good job, no husband/boyfriend or kids and i manage to go to the gym three times a week. I also watch what i eat...but i have to admit it's not always easy. Yes anyone can do this but only if they have the time IMO...a new mother doesn't always have the time...

With celebs it's easy...they have the time to excercise 2 to 3 hours for 5-7 days a week...plus they crash diet by consuming 1,000 to 1,500 calories a day (from what i've read). This is how they lose their weight and shape up so quickly...

Money does play some role though. When I was single I worked out at least 10+ hours/week. I ran marathons and was in awesome shape. When I had my kid I had visions of working out as much as possible on maternity leave. No one told me infants don't sleep (or stay asleep) when you want them too. Many times I wished I had someone to watch her so I could just finish 30 minutes on the treadmill or get through sit ups without having to stop.

True but this was during the day when he was at work. I was completely spent by the time he got home.
