In all fairness, I'm mainly basing my tummy tuck theory on Tara Reid's look. Isn't her tummy all wonky like that?
The belly is tightened up, but it's extremely lumpy and nasty looking. 
I do give Courtney credit for having a nice looking upper body though.
Her tan looks pretty good too. Not overly fakey or orange.

I don't think Tara had a tummy tuck. If you look at the photo of Courtney in the photo thread, where she's on the lounge chair, she has tons of excess skin. But yeah, they both have the signs of lipo. That ripple effect.
I'm hoping she didn't have a tummy tuck. Because if that's what the results look like, there's no way I want one!
I begining to think her whole Isopure shakes talk was BS as well. I researched them and body builders usually take them for weight gain. Each shake has something like 50 grams of protein. I think Courtney got lots of lipo and maybe starved some. She's thin, but really flabby. Not healthy at all.

Ha! These 'weight loss' stories remind me of my elderly great aunt many years ago who was so impressed by Liberacee's weight loss that she went on his famed watermelon diet (how he was claiming to be losing so much weight so fast). She said to me, "All I ate for weeks was goddamned watermelon and it turned out the sonofabitch had AIDS!"
