well it really depends on shadows and lighting..depending on where the light source is coming from and how a shadow is cast across the skin it can really show every little bump on her legs/ass.. but when in even light, or direct light, they'd vanish... this can even change just by turning the slightest angle etc..

Cellulite comes if it feels like it. It was probably already there but weight gain/loss can make it more apparent.

It's because in the first pic she is RUNNING. It's called gravity. lol.
If you watch a running race on tv when they slow it down as they come to the ribbon, you'll see flab on their legs rolling and blobbing around like a bowl of jello. And they are totally fit athletes with no fat on their bodies at all. lol
