One of my male friend was anorexic and he took a lot of laxatives. When he told me about the pain he had when he learned how to number 2 again, I just coudln't stop shivering.

I think some of them are naturally skinny. I can pretty much relate to it. I have a body like Kate Moss, even the same height and there are days when I eat at McDonald's during the lunch and at KFC in the evening. It's just how it is whatever I like it or not. I've never been on diet. I have to do the opposite. If I was busy for few days and didn't eat regularly, I would immediately started to lose weight.

It doesn't count if anyone who claims to have this problem is under 30.

Well, okay...under 25. I had the metabolism of a race horse many moons ago myself. I probably could have rode it out for a couple extra years if I hadn't gotten pregnant at 27.

Ditto - well, apart from the pregnant bit but my hormones went screwy & now its a bitch to loose weight!

I LOVED this article & think it is ALL true.... because I'm on a permanent diet & exercise regime and it makes me feel better!
