In Touch came out with the news first that she was really pregnant this time and they were right. They also added that it was by in-vito fertilization which can cause multiple births, and People mag was the one reputable source that said she had been shopping for twins, a boy and a girl.

Also, her gift registry (for her baby shower) listed items for a boy and a girl.

If all the above is true, a boy and a girl is such a perfect match. I wonder if she paid for preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), which can also be used for non medical gender selection by a fertility doctor.
