Not that I'm defending her skinny-ness or anything, but I don't think she looks all that different to how she did before? In saying that she's ridiculously thin, but I don't think I see that she's slimmed down more.

IIRC, she was a bit "pudgy" by Hollywood standards. There's been a marked difference in her appearance over the past few years.

not sure about her but some women have a lot of breast tissue that isn't fat so you can lose all of the weight you want and you won't lose your boobs.
