^ yeah i think so too; they're a lot more deflated in real life according to regular ppl who've seen her in person and ppl like winona ryder and madonna are big boobed and petite so... it happens.

Madonna most assuredly had a boob job. In the mid-80's Penthouse and Playboy published some pics of Madonna when she was just starting out, and she was all but flat chested. And she had hairy underarms! My brother had those mags. Wonder if he still has them

no way y'all Madonna is naturaly fleshy in the boob dept. They're exactly like Winona Ryder's; kinda low on the chest and fuller on the bottom half below the nipple w/ little nipples.

That picture is absolutely gorgeous - but, yeah, she's way too skinny and it's not pretty. She badly needs to gain some weight, both muscle and some body fat.
I've never thought much about her body until she got this skinny, to be honest; she's all about the face for me. I think the sunken cheeks are due to make-up, though, her cheekbones are heavily shaded in that photo.

I noticed them in Mr and Mrs Smith a lot.
Apparantly its because the blood vessels are simply situated closer to the skin surface. Shes got no body fat so that the skin is now tight over the muscle and makes the veins protrude.

I noticed that too in that movie which means they must be really bad in real life b/c they cover things like that up really well in film usually...
