I don't think it's anorexia, but stress. People react differently to it, some eat, some don't.
She's got all these little kids and is always all over the place. I'm not ruling out the possibility of some type of drug (b/c where in the world does she get all this energy?), but she probably seldom has time to eat or even think about eating.
As scrawny as she is, she's lucky to have a fuller type face.
That's the only thing that keeps her from looking old and even more haggard.
