you are all wrong at one point. anorexics do eat. but eat what they consider good. and they can be obessed about eating. if they want to eat, they really go for it!!

Yeah of course they eat, you can't live without food.They just minize the intake, eat as little as possible. And referring to the comment "they can be obessed about eating. if they want to eat, they really go for it". Of course they're obsessed about eating and food. They think about food, eating and exercise 24/7. That's what disturbs them from living their lives, takes them away from friends and make them fall in to their own world.
But anyways, sometimes they go on eating binges because their bodies have lacked energy for such a long time and carves for more energy. On those days, yes, definately they go for it but they feel quilty the whole time and you can imagine the dieting days after (or purging it out, in case of bulimia).
People usually think that anorexic hate food but actually they love food, you can ask anyone with eating disorders about good foods and they'll give you a list.

IT is not something to look at as desirable or as a method to lose weight. Anorexia isnt something you can control or "catch" for a bit until you feel you are skinny enough. I remember having a NURSE tell me she wishes she had my willpower....i was appalled....it isnt willpower it is a CURSE and a disease.

I read an article recently in some magazine, maybe vogue..it was an interview with Donatella about her coke addiction and it seemed like she went through rehab quite recently...she didnt mention her daughter specifically but she implied that being on coke, she wasnt able to take care of her life/family etc...maybe now that she is sober she will turn to helping her daughter...hopefully anyway.

So, being that I am so shallow, I seriously looked at those pictures and went "Good Lord, look at the size of her feet. I would want to gain weight just to make it so my feet didnt look so gargantuan in comparison to my legs."

Hmm, its really hard to tell with all the bucnhed up fabric on that dress. She doesn't look very happy does she. I don't remember seeing many of her with an actual smile on her face.

she seems to have gained some weight in the rehab but looks like it all went to her stomach. and this shows she is still not eating... healhty eater gain weight all around!!!
