I'm very sad for her. Doesn't matter how much money she has- obviously she isn't happy. No one abuses her body that way and has any kind of self-love or self-worth. I hope she finds happiness.

Sadly, some severe anorexics somehow manage to stay barely alive....although death would be somehow relieving when you live in such a state of misery.

I was dumb enough to get this 20 years ago and I was not quite that bad and yet was nearly dead(from physical problems, heart, etc.) after only a few months! I was in the hospital for 102 days and barely survived! I really don't know how these women survive very long like that. BTW when I was in the hospital for this there were 2 other guys in there for the same thing..and they were straight. Never hear that much about guys getting it but they do..just don't let on about it till they are nearly dead I guess. Too ashamed at having "a woman's" disorder...

Good luck in your recovery.....you deserve life no matter how many years have been wasted. The hospital i was in had 2 straight MIDDLE AGed guys too.....it is indeed a disease that does NOT discriminate.
