She's so tiny it might not be. People who've seen her in person say she's at most all of five feet tall.

Whoever took those magazine photos needs to be promptly fired.

I think it's great and all but this I don't believe:

Longevity. I realized I want to live till I’m 120. There’s a lifestyle that I am now happily creating that can, as best as is possible, prevent most forms of cancer and other diseases.

There is nothing shameful about wanting to be lean and look good, even if you do get run over by a truck the next day.

She's probably lost more than 20 pounds of fat and gained some muscle.

I doubt it, she's just short. Around my height at 5'3" even a 5-10 gain or loss is pretty dramatic-looking.

I'm 5'2", & I lost 8 lbs in fall of 2007 & it was extremely noticable. It was crazy how just 8 lbs made such a huge difference. Unfortunately, I've gained it all back plus more, but I'm working on that right now...
