Before picture:
He still looks crinkly, so I'm guessing maybe not Botox? Maybe some fillers, maybe some laser resurfacing of his skin, which was pretty blotchy? Is is possible he had something done to his upper-eye area to make his eyes look more wide open? Is is somehow possible that he has subtly plumped his normally nonexistent upper lip? Is it even possible he had some nose work done? He just looks really different to me. I'm throwing out all my lame guesses.
