Charlotte Church loses weight after pregnancy
The 22-year-old struggled to lose weight after the birth, eventually reaching a healthy size 12 after six months by exercising and eating a healthy diet of fish, meat and lots of vegetables.
Friends have spoken of Charlotte's worries, saying she is craving junk food and can't stop eating crisps, pizza and chips.
They say she is already devising a training plan for after her second baby is born to get her back to a size 10.
But for now Charlotte appears to be concentrating on enjoying her time with her young daughter and her partner.
Yesterday she and Henson helped little Ruby take her first tentative steps, holding her hands supportively as she toddled in the late summer sun.
Before motherhood Charlotte had a reputation for binge drinking and partying.
But since having Ruby she has settled down and now enjoys staying in with her family.
In an interview with chat show host Jonathan Ross last month she spoke of her excitement about being a mother for the second time.
She said: 'I want between four and six [children] and Gavin wants eight.
'I want all my babies by the time I'm 32 so then I can have everything done!
'We want to have our babies young and then I'm going to get married and look fabulous for that. We're trying to create a little rugby team.'
Charlotte gave birth to her first child in a birthing pool at her mother's farmhouse home in St Bride's Major, South Wales last September.
Ruby, weighed 6lb 12oz and Henson, now 26, was said to have held her hand throughout the labour.
The couple said they named the little girl Ruby because it's 'precious like a gem'.
