Every single black woman I know that looks thin weighs a lot more than you think she does, I have friends who weigh 180 and can wear a size 10. I don't believe anything that comes out about Oprah, not one thing.

this is not racist, but true: black people have more muscle mass than whites. It is much easier for them to tone than whites. that's why they can weigh more and look good.

Diets don't work. Watching how much you eat and what you eat does. Smaller portions and better foods make the difference. That is what the rest of us need to do.

Now, to the rich people, stomach surgery, personal chefs, trainers, and lots o plastic surgery.

I have to admit that Jessica's transformation was pretty well done. I wouldn't mind having her body in DOH. But she can keep her doughy attitude and pervy father.

i'm impressed with all the weight loss of these celebs but i agree with darkisthebunny, these diets will fail at some point because when you are restricting yourself constantly it is not something that you could maintain forever. if you practice portion control you win. i had no idea until this year that you are only meant to eat servings as big as a deck of cards of fish/meat. the key is eating until you're satisfied not button burstingly full.

I don't watch Oprah... how much is she claiming to weigh?
