Well she is one of those people that go on yo-yo diets. She works out and eats right for one time, then when it's not necessary anymore she goes back to eating like a pig. Personally she should've just kept her weight at an average, like 140lbs throughtout her carreer and maintained that. It's heathier to stay in a certain weight range than to go from fit-to-fat and doing it in a cycle.

^^ I know its healthier to stay at an average weight but she would never have done as well as she did if she was 140lbs, the majority of her success was based on her flat stomach and tight ass

True but I've worked with women who were 140 in the gym and they had a nice figure. I bet if Janet had kept her weight liked that then she would've had knokck-out churves and a nice ass to go along with it. But in sense you're right because the music industry does'nt allow a female pop star to look "average".
