He said he decided to listen to his wife's nagging about his unhealthy weight and went on a diet so he would be able to work on, and complete King Kong on schedule without dropping dead from a heart attack half way through. Doesn't really matter what the reason was, he did it and I think he looks great (and about 10yrs younger).
