that sounds like sucha bullshit story. there's no way anyone can survive a long period of time on just broccoli - without suffering a major vitamin/nutrient deficency.
i think it's just a joke to provoke the anas to buy some broccoli for the improvement of market rates or something...

Yeah so not believing this, nobody could seriously survive on that diet. The thought of raw broccolli turns my stomach.

I agree - no body can live on this rabbit food for the long haul. A strict regimen like this is one way to create a binging disorder.

Yeah, funnily enough, they forgot to mention that in this most recent Katie-praise.

Katie has had a hectic few months and as well as running around after Suri, she has been juggling work with a strict exercise plan. The diet called the ‘KH’ diet –for Katie Holmes –consists of a bowl of carrot soup for breakfast, followed by raw broccoli for lunch and dinner.

Some raw foodists can maintain similar diets for years. It's easier if you are convinced that cooked food is "poison" and you will reach some kind of nirvana if you only stay 100% raw 100% of the time. But most of such long-termists are eating mainly tasty dishes of sweet fruit with nuts, seeds, avocado, and coconut with some leaves, rather than just broccoli and carrot.
