Marilyn Monroe looking bad after losing a lot of weight

In her final years, she dropped a lot of weight due to drugs. She lost that lovely voluptuousness of just a few years before. I found these candids shocking - she looks like a bored, discarded Beverly Hills housewife, just back from the beauty parlor, whiling away the time getting sloshed.

Still stunning, IMO. Still better-looking than the average woman. And even at her thinnest she'd be considered average (weight-wise) in modern Hollywood.

Here are the last pictures to ever be taken of Marilyn. They were taken by Lawrence Schiller 2 months before her death. As you can see, she still had her curves. I think the pictures above were taken when she and Joe divorced.

there was also a shoot she did for vogue that was a few months before her death, i believe. she was very thin but still beautiful in that.
