Kim Kardashian Wants to Eat Better – but Keep the Curves

"There's nothing even remotely healthy about that, but it's so, so good," she told PEOPLE while hosting a New Year's Eve party at Mansion in Miami Beach. "I figured that I'd end 2007 with a bang and eat something really bad for me that I love. But beginning tomorrow, that's off limits."

The 27-year-old star of E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians resolves that in 2008 she's going on a diet.

"I need to start eating responsibly. It's time to eat right," she says. Although Kardashian exercises regularly, she says her eating habits are her downfall. "I get enough exercise," she says. "My problem is that I eat like crap."

But fear not, male fans. The reality show star, well-known for her curves, says she won't lose her famous rear end.

"I'm not going to starve myself," she says. "I'll still treat myself now and then, but I want my basic diet to be healthier."

During her last night of the year, Kardashian spent the evening with her sisters, Khloe and Khourtney, as well as new boyfriend, NFL star Reggie Bush.

Although Kardashian doesn't have a specific diet plan in mind, she says she knows how to eat healthy. "I know what's good for me and what isn't," she says. "It's just a matter of making the right choices."

I know what she means. That happened to me as well. I used to have the shit diet of cake, chocolate and fried food all the time, and one day i put down the chocolate and picked up a tomato! I feel so much better- and i still have sweets but its a treat now instead of an every day thing. I have much more energy and i know my body is just saying 'thankyou! thankyou!' I definetly still have naughty days but i am much healthier than what I used to be.

She won't. But she needs to start eating better - with her body shape its not easy to stay within a good weight, she obviously could put on weight really easily. Its a good thing that she's going to watch it more. In a few years I could see that ass just expanding even more....never a good look.

Well of course she won't lose those curves....the t&a is implanted. I don't think she's getting a lot of calories from all the dyckNazz she's eating. So I think she getting a good start for weight loss.

As a staunch critic of the modern diet and even the nutrition ideals of today, I applaud her desire to eat a more sound diet, but I feel that her proportionally huge butt and delicious little pot belly will no longer be what they once were.

If she wants to go on a healthier diet then good for her. She has that body-type where a 5lb gain can make or break your figure (at least from what I've seen).

Me too! Haha I caught it like a month ago on TV and I very quickly got addicted - its my secret guilty pleasure that I keep to myself!
