I have wondered if she hit menopause and started on HRT. My sister absolutely could not take it (had to have a hysterectomy when we were 30) because she just started piling the weight on. She was dieting and exercising but it was out of control.
I like that a soap actress can be larger and have a storyline still. Her problem is that she doesn't know how to carry it well or dress for it.

Kim's weight seems to yo-yo a lot. She looked heavier in 2002 but slim again in 2004. No matter what size she's always been a favorite on Guiding Light.

She looks like she's gained, but I think she doesn't look all that bad. She just needs to find some better looking dresses.

I think it's menopause....
Boy she was something else back in the day....anyone remember when she was frolicking in a fountain in a nice designer dress (on the show)?? She was hot...
I also like that they aren't hiding her. Same could be said for the woman that plays Stephanie Forrester, Susan Flannery. She has gained a LOT of weight over the years and she is still front and center on the show!

She does.
As a side note, she always seemed to have an ego the size of Manhattan and wanted the show to revolve around her. My mom quit watching GL after it had turned into The Reva Show (my mom's words) one too many times.

I remember that. It was part of the opening montage forever. Kim/Reva were definitely hot back in the day, but they sure made her into a ho-bag, marrying the father and two of his sons.  I haven't watched the soaps in forever so I don't know what's going on but I do remember reading a few years back about Reva's Clone storyline. Jeebus. I'm glad I don't watch anymore if that is what it's come to.

She looked the best in 2002, honestly she didn't look great skinny(based off these pictures of course).
