Alicia Silverstone is one healthy chick.
After Clueless, she came into a bit of stick for going slightly curvy - thanks to "steak and doughnuts" - but then she slimmed down and now we know how...
"I'm a total health nut," Alicia told InStyle Home magazine. "I don't get sick very often and when I do, it's for short periods."
In fact, the 30 year old is such a believer of healthy eating, she became a vegan back in 2002.
She told the mag: "I love living this way. It's so satisfying and inspiring.
"It's empowering to know that you're responsible for how you feel each day because of the way you treat your body."
But it doesn't stop there...
Alicia is also a devoted animal rights activist, and was even voted sexiest female vegetarian by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (Peta) in 2004.
She continued: "It's just so lovely to appreciate the trees and birds and animals.
"Everything you do in the name of the environment not only saves your health, it saves your soul."

She looks alright, but flabby and really pasty. She could benefit from strength-training to tone up and get some muscle definition. She looks like she doesn't exercise at all.

Am I crazy, or did her figure look exactly the same in every single picture. I can't see any difference between her pre and post-vegan days.

The only pics where she look slightly larger are 42 and 43. Other than those, I agree she looks the same in them all

There was a period years ago when she was filiming Batman and Robin when she put on some weight. But even then she was never really big. She did get alot of criticism in the press for it though. Sry2sy.

I can't believe she's 30, i remember when she was really hyped up and when Clueless came out.

She's not a very pretty girl. She really covers herself up and kind of wears frumpy clothes so it's kind of hard to tell really what her body looks like.

You have to eat a lot of veggies and beans - interestingly some veggies really are high in protein.

Many vegans love on pasta and junk food - not healthy regardless of being a vegan or not.
